How to book a cruise

• Click on the green button on your computer or select “Book online”.
• You will see a calendar. Select the desired month and then the date.
• Select the cruise.
• Fill in your name, phone number, email address and number of people. Be sure to fill in the information correctly so that you receive confirmation of the booking and so that we can contact you if there is anything we need to ask or notify you.
• Click on “Send inquiry” or for some cruises “Continue”.
• In step 2 after “Continue”, you select the number of shrimps, number of bicycles for the trip to Mora. There is also a box where you can write other wishes or indicate allergies or wheelchair. It makes it easier for both you and us if we know about these things in advance.

We will take care of your inquiry as soon as we can. Maximum 24 hours, but usually it is much faster than that.

If you are unsure about something or have special requests, you can also call and book at +46 70-542 10 25. We will answer when we can, but we have all other work tasks that often have to take priority over phone calls, such as serving or driving the boat.

When you have booked a cruise, we will reserve a table for you. We always keep the parties together, so that you can sit together. No payment in advance. We take it at the table or sometimes when you get on the boat. Cards (Visa and Mastercard), cash and gift cards issued by us are fine.

Do not use email for booking! ! (Travel companies excluded). Do not use text messages for booking either. There will almost always be some misunderstanding.

If you need to cancel, add or remove someone from your party after booking: CALL! 070-542 10 25. Do not reply to the confirmation email for this.
